Branch Team Member Positions
- Customer Service Representative
- Assistant Branch Manager
Job Functions:
Branch Team Members are involved in every aspect of the day-to-day operations
of the branch location. They:
- Provide superior service to Allied Cash Advance customers
- Ensure that all customer transactions are accurate and
all Company policies are followed
- Take responsibility for branch operations when the manager
is absent
- Travel locally for marketing, collections, staffing,
and banking responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to Allied Cash Advance core values
- Help fellow Team Members live the core values
Job Requirements:
Basic:
- At least 18 years of age
- Have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and
reliable personal transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check; criminal, credit
and job history
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Experience:
- Required background in one of the following:
- Retail
- Restaurant
- Collections
- Hospitality
- Customer Service
- Experience handling cash is highly desired (banking,
retail, cash register, collections, etc.)
- Collections experience is preferred
Demonstrated skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Time management

Operations Leadership Positions
- Branch Manager
- District Manager
Job Functions - Branch Manager
The Branch Manager is responsible for the daily management of the branch
office(s), including supervision and development of Allied Cash Advance
Team Members. The Branch Manager assists the District Manager in implementing
the district’s business plan to carry out the mission of Allied
Cash Advance. The Branch Manager also ensures implementation of policies
and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the branch,
and is responsible for ensuring superior customer service while meeting
or exceeding branch goals.
Job Functions - District Manager
The District Manager is assigned a specific geographical area and is
responsible for establishing and maintaining the district’s branches
within that area. The District Manager also represents Allied Cash Advance
in the community it serves and identifies community involvement opportunities
for the Company. He or she hires, trains, and develops all Allied Team
Members; oversees the provision of superior customer service throughout
the branches; and directs the payday advance business through implementation
of Allied’s policies and business procedures with the goal of increasing
the number of customers served and enhancing the Company’s bottom
line.
Job Requirements:
Basic:
- At least 18 years of age

- Must meet required work and travel schedule
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; four-year college degree preferred.
